Within the scope of the securitization program based on future flow transactions, VakıfBank has issued a new DPR securitization through USD and EUR denominated transactions, amounting in total USD 1 billion 750 million and having variable maturities between 5 to 7 years with the participation of 7 different correspondent banks from all across the world. Aforesaid DPR securitization has the feature of being the largest amount obtained in a lump in Turkish banking sector.
According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
